What a UK Process Agent does
A Process Agent is a UK-based party you appoint under an agreement to receive certain documents on your behalf. It gives the other side a known UK address, even though you are based overseas.
We accept the appointment
Our name and UK address go into your agreement or appointment letter, and we keep it in place for the agreed period.
We record anything received
Documents covered by the appointment are logged with the date and time of receipt.
We notify and forward
Your nominated contacts hear from us promptly, and the documents are forwarded as agreed.
We provide the Process Agent service itself. For advice on your agreement or any document received, your solicitor or legal adviser remains your point of contact.
